Why Choose a Fan Coil System?
A fan coil unit like the Panasonic FK1 works with your heat pump or HVAC system to deliver temperature control right where you need it. Unlike traditional radiators or standalone heaters, a fan coil circulates conditioned air — warm in winter and cool in summer — with flexibility and efficiency.
Importantly, fan coil units can also be integrated into wet air-to-water central heating systems, meaning they work alongside your heat pump to distribute heating (and cooling) through the same system; rather than being a separate air conditioning unit.
These systems are especially effective when combined with renewable heating solutions, like air source heat pumps, to maximise efficiency and comfort throughout the year.
